food part inconclusive.
walking part AWESOME (I walked 1.5 miles yesterday throughout the store)
sleeping part "EH" i don't think it woke me up when it was supposed to but I also forgot to set it until the middle of the night so it might be part my fault part its fault. My Lark worked much better on that regard (I'm wearing them both during the night to compare)
